I joined Springwell Lincolnshire in 2021 as an Apprentice Business Administrator and quickly progressed into a full-time role following the completion of my Level 3 Diploma.

Since then, I have continued to develop my skills and experience, moving into the Attendance Administrator position before most recently being promoted to Data and Exams Manager and Data Protection Lead. Throughout my time with Springwell Lincolnshire, I have enjoyed supporting our schools and helping to ensure that our pupils receive the best possible opportunities to succeed. I particularly enjoy the variety that my role brings and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across multiple schools.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring my creative side, reading, spending time with family, and walking my two dogs, Winnie and Max.
